"I'm writing to tell you that I did came back for my sweater, in fact I came back early from the tour to arrive before 7pm, unfortunately you left earlier. The next time please don't promise your customers to be there, if you are going to close earlier than expected."

"My wife and I were visiting with a cruise and she lost her wallet along our travels through Juneau. The two ladies who were there let my wife (who is handicapped in a wheelchair) stay with them while I retraced our steps. Luckily we found it but nonetheless they were willing to go the extra mile and even helped us get in contact with our cruise line. 10/10 people and beautiful clothes as well. Could not reccomend them enough."

"The clothes are ok but the owner will more than likely put up a big fuss about returns!!! She does not have a thing posted in her store about not exchanging or returning clothing. I tried returning a couple of clothing items that were a gift for a good friend that did not fit and she pitched a real fuss even though the items were returned right away within days and the items had the price tags on them and were unworn. I have done business for years and purchased clothes in her store. Never again!!"
