"Sylvan seems more concerned about their cancelation policy than the safety of our kids and community. During three record breaking snow storms they failed to cancel sessions and accommodate parents trying to do make-up sessions or make last minute decisions based on the weather. In addition, they make no accommodation for your child if they get sick in the afternoon and you try to call-in, even if it is hours before the session. This encourages parents to send their kids sick."
