"Attention:: The people that that works in this store is unbelievable my shopping experience was horrific there were two cashiers she looks me in my face and she does something to her register she walks off gather carts walk past me and said oh my register locked me out and I simply started to put my purchase back but I needed it I will always go back to the other Michael I have never had a problem at that Michael's but the Michaels over here in mountain view area the people working there is just different and I would never go back to that store"

"Better selection than the diamond area.. helpful people. Little on the pricey side on a lot of things.. got to use the sales and keep an eye on what you want and the right time to buy it.. and you'll do great"

"The cashier greeted me when I walked in, the rugs and floor were clean looking and I was asked if I needed assistance by a couple different employees so I didn't have a hard time finding what I needed, they were attentive."

"I'm really not the arts and crafts kind of guy so I never really thought about going to Michael's but I needed some foam board 40 inches by 54 in and went into the store to see if they could help. Once I got in the store and started looking around, there were a lot of interesting items that may not be available locally elsewhere. There was no foam board big enough but the custom art shop was right there. So I went up and spoke with Muzzy and explained what I was looking for. She smiled and told me "I've got it here in the back. If you want I'll cut it to size!" I should mention that the price was very reasonable compared to the smaller sizes of foam board that were in stock on the shelves. Thanks, Michaels and Muzzy!"
