"Don Mattson owns this run down infested cockroach apartments. He’s a slum lord and allows drug dealers to rent from him, allows abusers to live there. They do a background check but it’s a personal back ground check and this place is a breeding ground for drug lords..it’s badly neglected, takes you to court if you damage it even if you didn’t damage it, stinks, very very ugly apartments and outdated. Staff is family and are rude"
