FedEx Ship Center

"Now as bad as UPS because they're only open 2.5 hours just 3 days per week (Dec 2023). FedEx needs to properly staff their Juneau shipping center. They don't deliver to my address so to receive an "Overnight" envelope is going to take me over 8 days!"

"Do EVERYTHING within your power to avoid using FedEx Juneau. They view their customers' time as worthless. They reduced their hours to 2.5 hours a day indefinitely without updating anything online. But wait! They're still not there within those 2 hours that they're open. If you try to call them, you'll be sent to some call center in India who doesn't even know where juneau is. Anticipate having to drive to their location 3-5 times before you're "lucky" enough to not be greeted by a locked door and a piece of paper saying they're closed with no info on when they'll reopen. Huge waste of time."

"Warning/Reminder!! As of 11-3-23, there is a sign on the door stating the office is open from 7:30am-10:30am for drop off. Good Luck!"

"Said my package was delivered. However, the fed ex "proof of delivery" was a picture of the wall outside our front door. Upon waiting 3 days after I opened a case with fed ex and never received a phone call or email I decided to drive there myself since I couldn't get ahold of a real person. The employee told me it is normal protocol for the carriers to take a picture of the "general location" or a "familiar location" rather than the package itself in the delivery area. She said it is not there responsibility and told me to contact the shipper."

"I've been sitting at my house for 2 days now waiting for a package that requires a signature. The first day the tracking said expect it by noon. Second day I called and was told it would be her by 8pm. According to the tracker it's been in Juneau for 3 days and not yet gone out on a truck. We paid for next day shipping and expected to be slow living in AK with the Anchorage hang-up. But really? 3 days to deliver in town? I'm not even out the road or downtown. They will be getting another call from me. I've already sent a request for a refund for shipping cost. I will note that on day 2 I saw the USPS go through our neighborhood 3 times and UPS once. Never did see the fed ex. After calling this AM said they are backlogged due to fog."
