She went over the root causes, preventative and loosening stretches and rolls, and strength building for the region. She was able to look at my wife's posture to determine preferential imbalances and had ways to accommodate or overcome them. She packed a lot of information into 1 hour, set out items to engage my 18 month old daughter, and kept us on track through the whole lesson.
