The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the coach works you hard~ Great people~ chill vibes~ and you don't have to spend a fortune. i always feel stronger after an hour or 2 here"

"I paid my portion and started my first session, online they say they open at 9 and so I thought I could make it before work. They told me they couldn’t after my first seah, and they said there’s no refunds....like what!? I get it’s COVID, HORRIBLE SERVICE, And the younger Asian dude has horrible customer service. I do not recommend. I would try boxing academy or other gyms!"
