"My pedicure was horrible he was fast and sloppy. I had the pedicure above the basic . I came home, and I had calluses on the side of my big toe that he didn't touch and rough spots that were missed. The polish was slapped on, and it looked like a child painted them."
"I've gone to this nail salon for a long time. They are my go to when people ask where they should get nails done. They have provided services for myself, my daughter and her friends and clients of mine from the disabled adult population. I would call ahead if you have specific needs for more than one person and don't have time to wait. They make sure to spend as much time as needed for you to be happy with the result of how your nails turn out . Anytime I've had an issue with something happening to my polish or a nail breaking, they are more than happy to fix the problem for me and are always more than happy to make their customers happy. I have done regular polish manicures, full sets, pedicures and my daughter has done eyebrow waxing. The nail techs make make great effort to make conversation and remember information about regular customers which is refreshing compared to some nail salons. I also want to mention that I come in with crazy nail ideas and they always do their best, including even 3D nail art. Their selection of specialty nail polishes is impressive including cateye, UV and chrome. The prices are competitive and it is a clean salon with hardworking friendly techs. 10/10 recommend."
"I used to go here as a second option. If my first didn't have the time slot I needed. Never again. They use old, ripped buffers. My thumb got cut pretty good. At least the music could've been better. It was in a language only they could understand.. my nails look just ok if you don't examine, but I feel like I way overpaid for this service. $60 + no tip for basic fill."
"EASILY the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came here because my friend recommended them. I’ve been getting acrylics for the last year or so and usually go to Regal nails but needed to get in on short notice today. Unlike my salon, they were able to get me in right away (and now I know why). Willow did my fill today and LET ME TELL YOU. She did not understand anything I wanted. Didn’t know what coffin shape was, clipped all my cuticles so far back they are starting to scab and are so painful. She flooded my already cut cuticles with acrylic and then I asked her for one silver nail on each hand and told her I did not want it to be the same nail on both hands. She did not like the idea and could not wrap her head around each hand not being the same so she just ignored my request and painted the ring finger on both hands despite me specifically saying I wanted ring finger on one hand and middle finger on the other. Some nails are super thick and some super thin. Never have my fingers been this swollen or painful after getting a fill. I called the owner once I started to be in pain and she just said come back in a week and I will do them myself and give you a 10% discount. YOU GUYS… I got red nails with one silver nail. And 1 single gem on each red nail (so a total of 8 gems) and this was a FILL- it cost me $80- so I paid about $15 more than I would have at my normal salon just to HATE the way they look, have the total wrong shape, have swollen and torn up cuticles and be in pain. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!! Edited on 12/17/23 to add: These photos added today to show the aftermath of Willow doing my nails… I’ve been dealing with this for months now because her excessive drilling, cuticle clipping and the trauma she caused my nails caused me to have a bacterial infection under my thumb nail which I had to have treated at the doctor (doctor confirmed that the source was the trauma from this appointment. His words exactly were “Wow, this lady really did a number on you”) I knew my fingers shouldn’t have hurt that bad when I left there but had no clue what was to come. And now I’m losing the nail bits and pieces at a time and the nightmare won’t be over for another couple months. STAY AWAY FROM WILLOW! I’ve heard other people there are good but I won’t even take my chances. I wish I could give negative stars."
