"$65 for this. I knew the girl was overcharging me but I didn't feel like arguing. I just left $70 and will never go back. All the people in Wasilla are always so hard up for cash that I really shouldn't expect anything else. Sometimes you just have to lower your expectations and meet people where they're at. This isn't the town for dignity or honesty."
"It was easy to make the appt for same day, but soon as I got there, I witnessed 4 maybe 5 small kids, some school aged, running in and out of the salon, screaming, crying and fighting. The young nail tech kept hollering at the kids (supposedly two were hers) while she was with her client. The kids continued to yell, scream and cry for the first 30 minutes I was there till she finished her client and took her brood home with her. It appeared the other kids were the owners grandchildren. Not a very relaxing environment whatsoever. In addition to this, unknown to me when I called and booked the appt, they do NOT accept card payments only cash or personal check! After my nails were done, I had to go out into rush hour traffic, find and ATM, withdraw cash, fight traffic to go BACK to the salon to pay my tech. Now, my nails DO look lovely and she did a wonderful job, but holy hell!!! What a stressful experience!"
"On vacation. Stopped in and had our toes and fingers done. Turned out great. The people were nice and did a great job! The only down side was the lady that brought her kids in with her for a fill. This is supposed to be relaxing. It's rude to the other patrons to bring your kids into a nail salon! Leave them home when you are treating yourself! Anyway. Great job! Thank you!"
"They are wonderful people! I have been going to them for years. I would recommend them to anyone asking for the best nail techs in town! They are perfectionists, no lifting, breaking in between visits. Also I don't feel like I'm giving up a body part when paying;)"
