"Friendly and fun staff. The customers waiting to get their hair done are pretty cool too. I checked in online, it said 37 min. When I arrived, the app said I had a 15 min wait. It was more like 30, but it was fun. The girl that cut my hair did a great job. I love love lovey new cut!"

"The wait on a Saturday morning was 50 minutes. Not too bad. Good haircut at a reasonable price. Update 1/16/24 I walked in at 9:45 and there was no wait. I received a good haircut for $20 (senior) and was in and out in 20 minutes."

"I’ve had a f’ed up experience before but today I go in with my son, his was fine. The girl that did mine could care less, obviously and audibly didn’t care about her job. She cut it way shorter than I asked and completely screwed it up. It’s going to take months to grow back now. But as a cherry on top she could t even trim the edges right and completely didn’t trim the side burns at all. I had to go to Fred Meyer across the street and buy trimmers so my wife could do this ladies job I paid $30 for. Im obviously not going there again. Hire people that don’t care about their job and watch your company fail."

"Most definitely the worst haircut I've ever had in 36 years of my life. Simple #1 buzz cut all around, thats it, easiest haircut on earth. But it looks like someone cut my hair with a lawnmower! Never knew hair could be this choppy. Didn't bother evening out or even trimming my sideburns to match, didn't line up the forehead or neck, and left a big bald spot behind 1 ear. Lady was nice but dam this is horrible. For such an easy cut I am shocked that it costs $22.55 to mess it up this bad. Unfortunately i couldn't see all this till I got home so I didn't say anything in the store and I'm not going back, would rather just fix it myself then let them near my hair again."

"Karlie cut my grandsons and husbands hair & she was so pleasant and sweet. My grandson is very inquisitive 5yr old & has some sensory issues & she was able to gain his trust & engage with him all while cutting his hair! Great haircuts & customer service!"
