"I was extremely appalled at the way in which my family was treated when checking out at the pharmacy. We don't move quickly through checkout due to hearing and mental health challenges of my family members and the pharmacist grew extremely frustrated-- going so far as to make cruel and snarky comments that we were "like teenage children" as we did our best to work through the paperwork and payment process. I recommend filling your prescription at a different establishment that hires kinder staff and works with families who need more time during the checkout process."

"Walgreens is filthy. Dirt and dust bunnies are piled up by walls and counters/windows. The bathroom is neglected to need several hours to make look clean. Employees do try their best, and hustle, especially at the pharmacy, but I think the staff is under appreciated and overwhelmed from short-staffing. I was on the phone on hold for 39 minutes trying to ask the pharmacist if my medication was in stock before arriving at the store."
