Reviews
"Mud Caldron is one of the mudpots in Mud Volcano area of Yellowstone National Park. It is a large area of bubbly mud and water heated by steam escaping from far below. It is viewable from the pavedway right in front of the parking area. You can see this caldron while starting the 0.8 mile loop Mud Volcano Trail."
"June 11, 2022. Not the most interesting spot but still worth seeing if you are in the area. Kids hated the smell!!"
"Not a spectacular sight nor one of the most exciting dights, but it is one you can see the evolution of gysers. The mud caldron has a new gyser forming and in time it may turn into a shooting gyser."
"Worth the stop but it definitely smells like what happens 14 mins after eating Taco Bell!"
