"I rented snowboards and boots from this place. Everyone was nice and helpful except the middle age guy at the cashier was a jerk. I wanted to store my ski boots in the free locker and he told me the lockers are 10 degrees and I need to rent the $25 baskets to store my boots if I want to be able to put them back on today. As someone who has done winter expeditions on skis, and sleeping at 0 degrees, I can easily say his claim was just a big fat lie. He thinks his customers are stupid. Also, in that day, the summit was 20 degrees and the base was in the 30s. I store my boots in the locker for 4 hours and were able to put them back on very easily. I hope he stops saying dumb lies to customers just to make more money."

"First time down in Jackson hole, blew out my right binding on the first day after a big jump. Went down to JH sports and met Joe. If you need someone who is absolutely knowledgeable in all aspects and is honest JOE IS THE GUY!! Got me a sweet new set of cartel bindings that were on sale and my buddy a brand new pair of boots.. ALL WHILE HELPING MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN BETWEEN. Great shop but an amazing employee."

We got a refund! Thanks to the girl at the desk for looking after us. She deserves a raise! I'd love to come back and do it all again."
