"Me and my husband did this tour the day after a long hike to relax a bit and it was just what we needed. The tour company was very organized and efficient getting a large group of people divided up into each raft. Got to see the incredible view of the mountains and also saw a bald eagle. Andy was a great guide and super knowledgeable. Definitely recommended!"
"Awesome trip with Andy down the snake river! All and all lasted a little over two hours. The float was beautiful, and having Andy as the guide was super informative and knowledgeable as well as having pointed out multiple animals on the trip and answering each and every question thoughtfully. We felt very safe in his hands even during tighter spots of the river!"
"I’ve lived in Jackson for eight years and had never done a guided float with an outfitter before. It was seriously the best. You can learn anything and everything about the valley as you float down the river looking at the Tetons. Colby was an amazing guide. It’ll be my go-to excursion from now on when people come to visit me here."
"Great experience. Incredible views. Our guide/driver Nick was knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed out points of interest & animals. He provided tons of info about the area & answered all my questions. Boat was roomy & I love that it is a trip where you don't have to worry about getting wet."
"What an absolutely breathtaking experience. This company sure knows their way around the river and hires people who are passionate about what they do! Sam was our guide and we immediately felt safe and comfortable. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, but he was just a pleasant, stand-up guy who took genuine interest in all of our questions and conversations. This was my first time floating the Snake River and he made it a truly memorable adventure! The raft itself was comfortable and could fit up to 12 people. We had 9 in our group so it was nice to have the extra space for bags and coolers. It was basically an inflatable oval that could fit 6 people around each end, with the driver planted in the center to access the two paddles (yes, the driver does all of the work!). You don’t get wet at all and can bring your own snacks and beverages on board. We visited in September for the 5pm cruise and found it helpful to pack some extra layers for when the sun starts setting and gets a little bit colder. There is no back support or bathroom breaks for about 2 hours, but the brief (and minor) discomfort was well worth the scenery. The view of the Grand Tetons was visible almost the entire time; we even saw a moose! Overall I would highly recommend booking for friends and family— what a great way to see so much nature in a fun environment. PS The shuttle picks up and drops off right next to Dornans so you can also grab some beer and pizza before/after the trip!"
