"Very disappointed at the restaurant with Saratoga Resort. We have been going for over 10 years. We had reservations and sat at table for over 20 minutes with no customer service. We had to go ask for a waitress/waiter. Finally took our orders, half drinks came, then half food came. The pizza over $25 & was cold in the middle. While we tried to eat supper, we had people playing pool, the pool sticks were over our head, between us, and obviously very close. The servers were too busy cleaning other tables instead of taking care of current guests. Our total bill was over $200 & I talked to manager and we got a discount of $54. The resort & restaurant use to be great service, great rooms/cabins, & great food. Obviously that has changed, food was not good, very expensive, & disappointing customer service. We will not staying or eating there anymore. Very disappointed."
"I was very disappointed overall but mostly about the hot spring pools- the very reason we came. We’ve been to several hot springs before, some more rustic, some more modern. I’d rate these pools right in the middle. The water appeared dirty, there was visible “floaters” and we could feel a slimy film on the surfaces. We were looking forward to soaking much longer, going in the Tepee pools but did not feel comfortable doing so after only soaking for about an hour. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It wasn’t worth the room price."
"The staff is fantastic. The pools are fun. The hotel is run down and neglected. We stayed in a ‘newly renovated’ room. The bathroom had a broken and rusted out sink. The walls in the shower/tub are filthy. The faucet in the shower had duct taped holding it on. Wallpaper peeling off. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in rooms. The above mentioned isn’t expensive to fix. The owner of the hotel needs to invest in the upkeep of the rooms."
"I stayed here Sept. 30 to Oct. 1st. I had my room serviced while I was gone. My brand new eyeshadow pallet was missing when I came back. I’m just thankful I didn’t leave my tablet or anything else more valuable than an eyeshadow pallet. Watch out for your belongings! Staff at the restaurant were super sweet and nice. The food is pretty expensive the taste is a good 7/10. You cannot bring any outside food or drinks, which kinda sucks. Rooms are comfy, but heaters do not heat well. Overall, I’d give the the hotel alone 3.5 stars."
"The staff are very nice and the hot springs on site are awesome. If you're looking for an intimate get away with your honey, or a place to get some energy out of the kids, this is a must visit spot. Delicious, unique restaurants abound within a short, 10-minute walk from the Resort, making it easy to dine and dash then return for another soak in the springs."
