"I was staying there for almost a week my dog died in the middle of the night the lady at desk didn't know how to help me then the day shift lady throws a fit I'm already on the phone trying to get my dog buried and they refused my business the lady on that desk today is horrible and mean needs to be fired. Horrible person the hotel down the street is happy to have my business I will not stay with yall again"

"The general manager is rude. The lack of leadership and training of the staff is a direct result of bad management. The staff at check in was very nice and also at checkout equally as nice. So definitely avoid if you can!"

"Met the wonderful staff Kimberly & Mike upon my arrival. We had wonderful conversation about life, the local area and food. They had such vibrant personalities and were EXTREMELY attentive and informative about Evanston, it's local eateries and general conversations. These folks are what make passing through a small town the highlight of one's trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay, thw chatting and smile. "I canceled my reservation because they would not let me check in at 1:30pm. I am a travel nurse and had been staying there on and off for 3 months. A Diamond member, too. I never had a problem checking in at 1:30 after driving 5 hours before l needed sleep before my night shift. But they stopped accommodating me. There were plenty of room available but wouldn’t let me check in. I went across the road to the Comfort Inn. So much better establishment. I recommend it!"

"Rude staff, different room was reserved than the one they gave me. Linens were stained. Door hinges bent so you could see light coming through. Didn’t want to give me the choice privilege points. Staff member laughed at me being hesitant walking to my room with an outside door in the dark. Had to use my phone’s flashlight just to see where I was going. The pictures they have on their page are lies. Water took 20 mins to warm up. The positive the heater worked which was good since so much air was coming through the door edges. Im posting pictures from the room they gave me. Heard all the people above my room and in the rooms next to mine on both sides. The toilet ran all night vents had dirt throughout them I highly recommend not staying there."
