"Prakash was nothing but a gentleman when I checked in. For the price, room was amazing, hot showers, efficient AC/Heaters, and a TV. I would 100 percent recommend to travelers on I-80 if you need to stay in Evanston. Very easy on and off from the interstate. I also left my bag there and couldn’t return to pick them up for few days due to a winter storm, Prakash was kind enough to hold it for me until I arrived to pick them up!"

"Booked on Priceline; we showed up to the hotel to find that there was no reservation. Woman at the front desk was very abrupt and rude; she was instantly impatient that there was no reservation. I was trying to speak with the Priceline rep and she was shouting that it's not there issue, that we need to figure it out because there was no reservation. I said, 'Ma'am, we've been driving all day, I'm trying to work this out, will you please stop and help us do that'. She continued to be rude and unhelpful. The Priceline rep called her and she would not take the additional information to attempt to find the reservation. Apparently she told him that they couldn't book any new reservations. We left and booked another hotel. This person should not have a job in customer service. She wasn't a kind person, let alone a professional employee"

"I stayed at six Super 8s on a cross-country trip. This location was my favorite because it provided everything I needed and nothing I didn’t: -cheap (and included the coffee maker a costlier location did not) -quiet (motel style, doors facing outdoors rather than hallway) -within short walk of two gas stations -cozy real wood floors (which will likely eventually be covered with snaplock flooring) -friendly staff -trailer parking adequately explained. A medium (non semi non gooseneck) trailer can park out front or loop around the building if you approach the dip where it meets the street at an angle, so as not to bury your hitch. I went clockwise starting between the buildings. An 18 wheeler or gooseneck could park across the street at the abandoned A-frame house, I’m told"

"Stayed here between May-June 2023. Management and employees at the hotel seem to spy on their guests. I got a room with no phone. The Internet was horrible. I never got mail at all. Section 8 housing sent them legal paperwork to fill out for rental history in regards to my stay and they neglected to do so. There was a tremendous amount of dog hair behind the beds. The microwave wasn't clean at all."

"The room was spacious. New sink and countertops. The bathroom tile was old and dirty. The driveway had recently been resurfaced, looks great. Unfortunately, tar was stuck to the flooring in the room. All of the items provided for use, the iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and TV worked and were clean."
