"Had a 2 day training course. Needed a room for 1 night. My furnace quit warming sometime in the night. I told the front desk the next morning, they said they would have it looked at."

"Very nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. Of necessity, I stayed in a handicap room. They made sure that there was a shower bench in the room for me. However, the toilet was standard height rather than the higher level for the disability needs. That would have been OK if they had a riser or commode to put over it but they did not. That caused problems in the middle of the night. No emergency call light either."

"We rolled in after a long day driving without a reservation. Not much to do in Evanston in the winter. But the hotel was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our nights stay. The hotel was very busy. Breakfast was pretty good. We didn't see any restaurant near the hotel. A gas station was right there... I have become a fan of Holiday Inn Expresses."

"Clean. Lots of breakfast options. Very friendly staff. Oddly the fire alarm goes off if you leave the bathroom door open while showering. The steam sets off the alarm! Otherwise, a good place to stay!!"

"Wonderful stay! We planned to stay here while driving north to go fishing but the weather wasn’t cooperating. The hotel kindly let us move our reservation to the following week. The rooms are modern and spotless. Strong hot showers. The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful and breakfast is well laid out with the usual items. The location is super convenient including gas and a great Japanese restaurant (Hibachi) right across the street. One of the best Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed at (and my grandpa used to own one so I’m biased lol)!"
