"Bucks II saved our bacon on a recent family trip to Yellowstone when one of the CV joints on our Toyota Highlander gave out, leaving us stranded. We managed to push it to Buck's where they moved things around on a busy Saturday to help us out. Bill was great, Sean (mechanic) was great, and we really appreciated their efforts to get us back on the road. They have a lot of local customers, so not a lot of room in the schedule for emergencies, but they made it work for us. Great service at a reasonable price. Old school shop. A real classic."
"I had a trailer break down just a few miles south of Ashton Idaho. After doing a quick google search, I found Buck's Auto Repair on Main Street. I made a quick phone call and he sent out one of his techs to look at the damage which included a bad wheel bearing that was missing out of the hub causing irreparable damage to the axle spindle. What could have been a bad situation of multiple days waiting for parts/repair, Bill at the shop was able to quickly source a new axle and had the trailer back on the road the next day. Bill was great to work with and the price for repairs was very fair as well. Overall, very happy and grateful to have found them."
