"Well all in all is the best service ever seriously great place especially with the gentleman who is in charge now until this last Monday when I purchased a pick up bed that I went and removed from the frame , wire harness , bottom bed to frame supports etc. my self but when it came time to use the existing engine / parts that they have available for the customers to use while they're out there which is great but it would not fit back in between the vehicles and remove it at all from truck it's self let alone remove it from the yard to take home . I explained the situation to employees up front in the end I had to pay $100 to have them remove it for me and that was his last Monday on top of already paying for the part and $100 I still haven't received a phone call you didn't call yesterday and they said they had no idea when it would be removed so I'm able to pick it up and take it home when I've already paid for it's almost as if they got their money and I'll get to it when they feel like it . Another professional nor am I an amateurand I could have removed the bed but it would have taken five guys to do so and at doing it it would have been very dangerous because of the situation and that type closed area that it was in so in the end yes I could have done it with lots of help and possibly somebody getting hurt it's still a great place I'm just waiting on my part not so happy . FYI still the best place to go anywhere for parts I'd recommend I pull it before anywhere else"
"Great place to get out of parts unless it's snowing and cold but wait winter yeah that sucks it's still a great place to get parts and a great price like if you know how to take them off you need to save yourself tons of bucks definitely going to be going back what he gave five stars but the doors don't work sorry guys it's annoying as hell when you got a bunch of parts and tools to try to pry open your doors she get them fixed."
"Truly the best in town! wouldn’t bother with the rest like i did. Dan is honest and straightforward, helped me out greatly when i wrecked my vehicle and had to travel back to texas."
"Sold a Car. Car had everything in tack, didn't run because the motor. The car was missing the catalytic converter. Had everything else, clean title in hand. (New Turbo), tires, engine, everything besides that. When I finally got someone to answer the phone (not at Ipull but the sister company Intermountain) had to do customer service parts counter cause I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone anywhere else. Calling for 2 days. Info on the phone I was quoted $170. When I showed up they looked at the car seen the catalytic converter missing, immediately dropped to offering $100. Even with all the other parts on the car, they offered $100. I wanted to get rid of the car so I took the offer, we were told to pull around to the Intermountain fence and go along the fence line. Someone would be there to help and tell us where to go. My driver of the hauler called to ask for help to push the car off as there was no one to help do anything anywhere. Employees driving by, didn't bat an eye.. would have been helpful if we weren't going to get any help just being told that in the first place. If you want to get rid of something, ah it's alright. If you're looking for a little more back than just something, sale somewhere else. As for going in and buying parts, been there done that. It's self service, you do all that work yourself. Bring a buddy or two for help, bring change to pay to get in (charges a fee for cards), bring all the tools you think you'll need, an good luck."
"Customer service here is nonexistent. They refused to even have someone help me get the car up and off of the part I needed while the one employee sat playing a game on his phone. Then they charged me to look anyways. * yes I did return as I had already wasted my time and gas coming into town. And no your employees were not courteous or respectful when I returned as they both laughed as I left the office. Very poorly run and very poor customer service and rude employees"
