Papa Johns Pizza

"There’s no atmosphere. Their phone line links to people who don’t live anywhere in Alaska. I just got off the phone with someone who called Juneau “Joe-new”. And when I got a hold of a local, he made me linger forever while he tried to prove to me that Italian Trio wasn’t a real pizza option. I’m incredibly unsatisfied with this company."

"I forgot to buy food to feed 60/65 people which was horrifying. With less than an hour before dinner I took a chance and called Papa John's for 20 pizzas. Call went to call center in Philippines but when I said my order, I was quickly connected to Juneau. I thought it was going to take hours but they got it done within an hour. Total lifesaver. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!"

"Ordered told me it would be 26 mins. Called an hour later told me door dash had it (because driver called off) and it was on the way. They told me they had no way of knowing when it would be dropped off because it was in door dash hands. When I called the line again to see estimated time it said my order hadn’t even been made yet and it would be 30 mins. 2 hours later still no pizza. Called and had it voided. UPDATE!! They never refunded my money! Awesome. Said they would but then they never so I got charged $50 for imaginary pizza!"

"Food is good and delivery service has been consistent until this evening. I don’t know what was going on with the driver. He pulled into the driveway, sat there until I walked out then seemed unable to back his truck out and nearly took the mailbox with him. The driveway is wide enough for 4 cars… He was leaving. I had to scream at him to get his attention. I literally had to walk up to his truck in the street and ask him if he was going to give me my order. He opened his door pulled out a red bag, opened it and handed me my order without saying one word then left. And I paid him a 20% tip in the order to boot. Last time I ever do that again and probably the last time I order from Papa Johns in Juneau."

"I got the Garden Fresh pizza and was very pleased with the pizza as well as the delivery which was a few minutes fasted that expected. Hadn’t had Paps John’s Pizza in years and it was as good as I remember."
