"I had the filet. It was delish!! If the service had been half as good as the filet, this would have been an awesome experience. The views are also fantastic, probably even better in the summer. Update: went back a second night. The salad I ordered, with various customizations, was delish...again. service was a bit better. At least my waitress knew I existed."

"By far, it is the best combo of chicken fried steak I've had in Alaska. Comparable to what you'd get in the Midwest. The mashed potatoes and apple crisp complement each other very well. Had the flourless chocolate cake to go. Enjoyed that for a snack that evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Juneau ."

"This is one of the best overall restaurants in Juneau. They have a Big menu with lots of great options. The halibut tacos or trio fish tacos are my go to, but the pasta and shrimp and crab are on point as well. You also can’t beat the view on a clear day so make sure to grab one of the booths near there."

"Ate here while stopped in Juneau on our cruise. My husband had the citrus salmon and it was awesome (the people on the next table even asked what we ordered!). I had pita bread and salmon spread, which was “okay”. I have had much better and would not order again. I also had a side salad that was good. Service was good but slow due to how busy they were. One person was manning the bar, taking orders and serving. He was very nice, but overall the service was not a “5” as we found ourselves trying to find or flag a server to ask for assistance a few times. Overall good and would definitely give them another chance if we visited Juneau again."

"If you read my reviews you know I love to spend my money at local spots rather than chains any chance I get. This stop was no different. Somehow my review didn’t save the day we came so I’m re-adding it today. We came across the Hangar while talking with another local when we were shopping nearby and had to come check it out. We heard the fish tacos were where it’s at so I knew before even sitting down that’s what I was getting. Prices were fair for the area . The view was great and we could watch the sea planes take off while we ate. The location is quite busy. My tacos were great, but the tortillas a bit dry. The fish itself was delicious. My cocktail however stole the show. Great recommendation from my server who was attentive and friendly. We also ordered a burger that was cooked to perfection with fresh veggies. The clam chowder was phenomenal. Great stop."
