"Don't even try to get your kids on the waiting list! They either don't actually use a waiting list or just forget to call people back! My daughter's have been put on this waiting list twice! Most recently was 1.5 years ago when I was told we would be waiting to see someone for a year at most. Over the last few months I've called multiple times and emailed to check where they are at on the waiting list.. I haven't heard back for months! Finally after a final attempt they respond and tell me there are still no openings but this time they won't tell me how long the waiting list is. This is so unethical! If I would have known that the wait time was more than a year and a half or 2 years I would have had my children on many different waiting lists! The upsetting part is that I have friends who have gotten their kids into counseling here within weeks! This place is extremely unethical! I should have listened when people in the field warned against sunflower counseling."
