"Always running late to where I wait it's getting annoying waiting for a bus that supposed to leave at a certain time like example spenard and Minnesota it said 2:08pm but showed up at 2:16pm"

"So it has been a few years since I rode the bus but I needed to go to the hospital because I hurt my foot ( I'm on crutches ) and my car is out of commission at the moment. So I get on bus 25 and realize, oh I got on the outbound. Oh well, it'll turn around. Nope. We get to the VA clinic and the driver tells me I have to get off. I'm on crutches and I'm completely opposite of where I'm suppose to be. He tells me I got on the wrong bus. No, I'm on the right bus, just the wrong direction. He tries to tell me what buses go to Loussac but I can't understand him very well as I am hard of hearing and english was his second language. Then tells me I have to get off the bus, so I do. So I take my crutches and go to the bus stop across the street from the VA. Only fell twice. And guess who shows up?! Bus 25 and the same driver! Charged me another $2.00. He couldn't let someone with crutches stay on the bus for the 10 minutes it took him to get to that stop? When did they change it so you can only ride outbound or inbound? No wonder why people hate the bus system here. Never taking the bus again. Driver should be ashamed of himself and People Mover should treat people better, especially when it's winter. This is on bus 25 from ANMC to the VA hospital at about 2:30pm on November 30th, 2023."

"They left 4 mins before it said it was gonna be at the stop they didn't even stop they just drove through the stop"

"The driver went above and beyond their job in providing me who was a first time business rider with directions and idormation on what stops I would need to get offand picked back up at in such a courteous behavior. Thank you for making my trip easier."
