"Ben was handling a car accident I was in back in July 2021. Communication was sparse, I mostly worked with Neil Fulsang who was not receiving much guidance or supervision from Ben. I thought my case was settled and everything was finished back in November 2022 but much to my surprise I was contacted in February 2023 by Rawling's saying my medical lien was never paid even though it was taken out of my settlement by Ben. It was then that I learned Ben was placed on disability by the Alaska Bar in December 2023. I was never contacted by the attorney taking over his cases because my file did not exist, they cannot track down the funds Ben took to pay for my lien. I am writing this review in case there are other clients like me that were never notified of Ben’s change in status."

The next time I spoke to Mr.Critteden was two years later. he never responded to any of my emails or my text never called me back another year went by no contact onto the fourth year. I lost my cabin motorhome and my wife an step daughter!! I still live on the streets hoping that I will get my money that I can have a better life…,"

"I wasn't able to speak with Ben before the deposition which wasn't what I expected from a lawyer. I had reached out to him after to speak to him about the process multiple different times. His co-workers that were assisting him with the case talked to me when I called I was able to get information but then things changed when I reached out again after been ignored and forgot about. The person who had picked up the phone at the office raised his voice at me and told me different information and hung up on me when I explained what information that was given to me. Ben will tell me he will call me back multiple times but never returns calls or responds to any of my messages. I don't recommend this lawyer!The communication wasn't there."

"A motorist ran a red light and slammed into the drivers door of my vehicle doing over 45 mph. I was not seriously injured but I was injured and had medical appointments for 2 years. When it was time to settle up with insurance company due to reaching maximum amount of time I could keep claim open I was going to do it myself. Ben suggested I should not do it myself. Both parties were insured by same company. I requested video from traffic cams and waited for months due to new process in Alaska for requesting evidence. After receiving video, it was useless. It didn’t show accident. I agreed to have Ben represent me and he was able to get traffic cam video which showed impact of vehicle hitting me. The first offer they presented me with was insulting. The case manager was making statements telling me my injuries were soft tissue and I was over treated. I’m glad I had Ben who was not emotional as I was to her statements.
