"I recently had a fantastic experience at UVM located in Abott. The manager, Anna, was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to handle the issues I was having with my company vehicle registration. Her expertise and professionalism were truly impressive. I must also mention Claudia, who was incredibly helpful during my visit. The entire staff at UVM was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. After this outstanding experience, I don't think I'll ever go back to the DMV again. UVM has definitely become my go-to place for any future DMV needs. Keep up the great work, UVM!"

"Everytime I go here I am told I need different documentation than the previous employee told me. I have averaged 4 visits per “transaction.” A name change and removing a lien should not require 4 different trips for each issue. I’m not one to post negative reviews but this is so far below any level of customer service standard that anyone should have to deal with, that I refuse to quietly put up with it."
