"I have used The UPS Store many times, but this was my first experience with Eagle River store. I was shocked at the lack of knowledge concerning Notary Services, as well as standard UPS shipping services. I told them exactly what I needed, and how it should be shipped, but had to explain each step, and then they still got it wrong. I should have gone to a real notary, and then taken everything to the Post Office to ship express mail, it would have been done right, gotten there faster, and saved me almost $100.00. I will NOT be going to this branch again!"
