"Worst company i ever deal in my life !. Mooved to Alaska with two little kids, and this company promissed me to have our vehicles in Anchorage in one week, this newer happpen ! We received our vehicles 8 weeks later than it was promised. They were lying every week with different stories. When vehicles arrived it was very dirty and damaged with small dents. Don't trust them what they saying, they are layers."
"I realize my review disappeared (well the text did) ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE this auto shipping company. I found them through Fox Auto Transport and I have no qualms with them, they helped me immensely. But Campbell Boyz Trucking was absolutely terrible. They were supposed to ship my car days before I arrived in Washington State, and when I arrived in WA, I called to ask the status of my car and they told me it was STILL in AK.... i didn't receive ANY notification. and for dropping 1400 for a shipment, I sure as hell expect to be notified if my car is not shipped days after it was supposed to be shipped, let alone still in the state i have already left. The company receptionist was so incredibly rude, and she was no help whatsoever. I had to go through Fox Auto Transport and demand some kind of refund because I had to use my own money to rent a vehicle since i didn't have mine. They *sent* a $200+ check supposedly but I never received it. I just truly hope no one else makes the mistake of choosing this company and going through what I went through. Use someone else, even if it means driving your car another 20 miles to anchorage to find a better one."
"Horrible - damaged car.. Newer car came off truck full of rocks in Seattle. Pits in windshield, paint. Owner refused to replace windshield that was cracked from move. Arrived late - 2 weeks late. refused to compensate. Individuals in Seattle are very rude and don't care about much (junkyard is the destination for your vehicle). If you care about getting your vehicle the same as you left it with them.. find a container mover... at least it gets protected."
"I'll start off by saying the only good thing about this company was the girl named Emily that was nice to me on the phone and the trucker that dropped off my car was also nice. Other than that, horrible experience and DO NOT recommend them. So, like a normal person before I booked with Campbell Boyz Trucking I reviewed their website, got a quote and of course read the reviews. Not a surprise, all the reviews were horrible. In the back of my mind I thought well, maybe these people are just not patient people that are jerks and complain a lot. I thought to myself, as long as I give the car 14 days, which was what I was told from the representative Shay when I called, it would be enough time. Campbell Boyz Trucking told me that it would only take 7-10 days. I gave it an extra 4 just in case. Let me also mention that I am a girl in her early twenties traveling from Alaska to California. I am moving out of state, away from friends and family to start a new life. So, I drop my car off March 5th, 2015 because it will start to travel the following day on Friday. Let me remind you, I am leaving on a plane on March 20th, 2015 to Seattle, Washington then driving down to California. Anyways, I get a call the Monday before my car is suppose to arrive, March 16th, 2015 letting me know that my car will arrive Friday or Saturday. I am a little bummed because I did not want to spend a day in Seattle I just wanted to get off the plane and drive, but I thought to myself whatever it'll only be 1 day I should rest up anyways. I fly out of Alaska 7 am on March 20th, land in Seattle around 11 am. I am so happy that I was not making this trip alone. I had 2 friends meet me in Seattle to travel down with me to California. Let me tell you, we had an awesome plan for the drive. Was suppose to stay in Portland, go through the Redwoods, see San Francisco, pretty much do an awesome coastal trail drive to my new home. Anyways, I land and call, only to find out that this whole damn time, my car has not been shipped yet. It has been sitting in their lot this whole entire 3 weeks. I am told my car is not going to come on Friday or Saturday and probably not Monday. I was stuck in Washington for 6 days and 5 nights. I thank God I was not by myself. The manager only paid for 2 nights and refused to give me a discount. Look, let me just say, I understand things happen, that's life, but I was not at all at fault for this. I know the terms say "7-10 but is not guaranteed" but seriously, what about a huge inconvenience? Especially since I was told a week before I arrived that it was going to be there. I was not notified that there was any problems. They told me there was something wrong with the engine or whatever, or the tire blew out, I understand, but to have no courtesy to reimburse me for at least all my hotel stays is shocking. Plus, I had to pay for food, for cabs, for bus's and trains just to get around and I missed 3 days of work. What a nice first impression huh? To end this review, just be prepared to not get your car on time and not get the reimbursement that is truly owed to you."
"My jeep is two weeks overdue, still sitting in the storage yard in Washington, the stories keep changing by the day, first is was a rust maintenance problem and the trailer needed to be rewired and going to leave a week ago, today my jeep is still sitting in the yard and the story has changed to they are waiting for their truck to get through customs. No end in sight, no one seems to have a clue, my jeep is still sitting in their yard (I hope ) and they have No idea on its departure or deliver. If I would have know or anticipated this rididulous fiasco I would have paid someone to drive it to Alaska. I have lost over a $1,000 in rental cost waiting for my jeep to arrive. (By the way, I paid in advance, reserved a spot for my vehical, thinking that would somehow make a difference. If you don't care when you vehicle arrives in Alaska from Washington this is the trucking company for you."
