"I would not recommend using this detail service. Needed my vehicle detailed before shipment. I called to make the appointment over a week in advance. I have a truck so I was told the charge would be $280 for a large truck for inside and outside detailed. I dropped my truck off for a full 24 hours. From 9am and picked it up at 11am the next day. Now, my vehicle was quite dirty due to recent melting and slush all over the roads. The inside had quite of bit of dog fur and needed some work. The vehicle did pass inspection for shipment, but that wasn't the issue. The truck had product, either wax or gloss, ALL OVER the paint. From end to end the entire outside had left over product that I could remove with my finger. Overspray on the vinyl trim. Dirt left on the paint in some areas. The inside, they missed entire nooks and cracks in the seats. Missed dirt buildup in the door jams. Wheel wells were not cleaned to a decent standard. They use a very greasy product for the inside of their vehicle to make it "look shiny". Well it makes everything feel slippery and they use it on every surface. Excess product was left all over the interior as well. When I went to pay I noticed the change was $350. When I asked why, the owner responded with "we did the engine bay like you asked". I didn't ask for the entire bay. At no point during any conversation did I ask for the engine bay to be cleaned. As someone who has detailed cars quite a bit, what they are charging is NOT worth the service. Yes the car was cleaned and passed inspection, but a detail should have a WOW factor to it. When you're paying $300+ for a cleaning service, mistakes like excess product left all over the vehicle is unacceptable. This is just a car cleaning service, NOT a car DETAILING service. There's no excuse for lazy mistakes. I didn't have time to have them redo the entire job because my appointment for shipment was 2 hours after pickup."

"I brought my car here in dead of January winter during the cold snap before moving overseas. They worked with me because I had to get my studded tires off first before dropping off for detail. I picked up my car the next morning and it looked brand new with a little time before my turn-in appointment. Make sure if shipping a car, the gas is already 1/4 tank because the drop off is a 2 minute drive. I wish I had taken my car for an annual detail seriously they did incredible and my car was accepted. Super grateful to them."

"Staff was friendly and got my truck in on short notice, however the quality wasn't there. Product was left all over the windshield and back glass looks worse than when i dropped it off. Large portions of the body didn't get wiped down fully leaving giant patches of unwiped polish. I really had high hopes for these guys but was left disappointed"

"Was a little worried about its location on 4th street. However they did a spectacular job and it looks like the day I bought it. Have a 2013 Charger and they really did a great job. Would definitely go back and bring other vehicles."
