"Used to be managed much better. Now they treat everyone like criminals. The facility is ok, and they're open 24 hours. On average. It costs me between 12 and 15 dollars to wash the exterior of my car. No vacuuming, no interior. Seems a little high to me, especially with bad service."

"Lady is a complete nuisance!! Tried to go to the bay that has vacuum and she told us to go somewhere else. She sent us to bay without vacuum and complained when we were taking out our carseats. she comes saying we need to get cleaning. We told her we are cleaning the inside and she said don't do that here, there's no vacuum. Like what?!?!?! We have kids and can't vacuum outside in the cold especially since we need to remove the carseats. What a miserable excuse of a human being!"

"Self car wash is overall great it is just the workers or owner, the people who watch over the car wash. The lady continues to only BOTHER me and stand near me and just stands there while im trying to take something off my car. She basically forces me to pay for a car wash telling me to put money in the machine and that the place is a car wash. WHEN I WAS LITERALLY JUST PEELING MY STICKER OFF MY CAR (mind you its -1 degrees outside) and she wants me to do it outside instead of inside. WHEN i was literally about to give my car a wash after i peel off the sticker. Respectfully declined the service of this place because the workers are rude and aim for you like you’re a criminal!"

"It's great best places in Anchorage been going there40 years. Good pressure, good soap. Always a great place to wash your car."
