Justin, the adjuster, was thorough. He walked the vehicle with me at initial appointment, during intake, and again when work was completed. As he committed, he kept his promise to follow up in time frames set forth of Tuesdays and Thursdays. Work was completed as predicted and the car detail was a wonderful surprise! "Staff members who handle your case were nice and friendly, but the repairs were not as good as what it appears. Personal experience with them, I wouldn't recommend having your vehicle to be repaired by them. It take them one and half months to put my vehicle on the rack machine for a test that determine if the parts need to be repair or replace (in my case is replace). Another two and half months for the part arrived and installed. Following by returning back 3 times for improper repairs and lack of attention to details (please see the photos). The worst part is they don't care about their customer's safety and satisfaction."
