"I am so happy my friend suggested this shop for my needs. She said she uses them for her fleet and has never been disappointed. I needed someone to do what I asked which wasn't the best decision but it was what I wanted. He didn't increase the price or say no. He did the job and accepted my money. He didn't try to up-sale anything and was very transparent in his professional opinion. He got my truck heater working and then he came to my house, picked me up, and brought me to it. I'll be definitely going back for the other things I need to be fixed that I was already aware about. Thank you for explaining what was up, giving me choices, telling me your best opinion, and still doing what I wanted without making me feel stupid. My heater works great!! Being a single female with some knowledge of auto mechanics, people have tried to take advantage of me telling me they couldn't legally allow me to leave with something wrong on my vehicle. (I have left a few shops because of it too.) He did not. That's integrity!!"

"Kevin was great! I came in for non responsive brakes and to replace my rear leaf spring shackle and hanger. He got me in fast took a look that day and updated me giving me a time frame and rough estimate. Really honest guy and did an amazing job on my old bronco. Would definitely recommend!"

"I had amazing service from Kevin over the past few days. A week ago, my car wouldn't start. A battery charge didn't help and the battery tested OK. Finally, I called a tow truck Saturday. But he found a blown fuse we'd missed, so I didn't have it towed here. Once I got the new fuse, I couldn't remove parts of the old fuse, which I thought needed solvent. When I called Kevin to ask what he suggested, he CAME BY to take a look! No charge. With his advice, I was able to replace the fuse and start the car ... sort of. It still wouldn't stay running, though, so Monday I called another tow truck, who actually got it to Integrity Auto. Not long after, Kevin called me: "Come get your car." Apparently, we'd missed another blown fuse. He replaced it and didn't charge me a cent. I will definitely come back here next time I have an issue."
