"This store used to have a really good art supply selection, with some specialty items that can’t be found anywhere else in town- Missoula has zero independent art supply stores, so I was a frequent client. It was so devastating to see almost the whole art supply section wiped out to be replaced with more generic merch and Apple products. Really a sad illustration of our time."
"Please update, this is purely a Griz swag/gift store! They no longer sell school supplies of any kind, nor do they sell and distribute text book rentals here! The lack of communication for obtaining required readings and materials for EDUCATION has been appalling."
"Ever since Barnes & Nobles took over things are Way overpriced, they removed items that were functional, they removed local tradesman products and are more limited in functional cost efficient supplies that the book store had before. It’s been ruined. And as of things through the Veterans services weren’t hard enough already to deal with, some how they made it worse."
"I would give 0 stars if possible. I tried calling about a time sensitive matter. Called 3 times an hour before they closed. No answer. I called the next day 5 times. Trying a different department after I wasn’t getting any answers. Finally after calling merchandise 3 of those 5 times I finally got an answer. I asked about a book to which they told me the book department was with another customer. Not a big deal, they asked for the book name and phone number so I could get a call back. Four hours later I finally get a call back just to find out the person I had talked to had literally just written down my number. Even after asking me the book title so he could write it down. They’re always doing the bare minimum at the um bookstore. And the guy (short and blonde with glasses) who’s usually there is unbelievably rude. I’ve seen many reviews mentioning him being just as rude to others. Whoever manages this store needs to have a serious talk with him about not only how to do his job but how to talk to customers in general."
"The bookstore is great. A must visit for those Griz fans coming to campus. I always find some cool piece of Griz gear and the staff are always pleasant."
