"Stopped in this store today to shop for a door dash order. Everything went smooth until I had to order from the deli. I was ignored for a little bit when I walked up and when I was finally helped by the older man Tom, he was argumentative and acted confused about what I needed. He knew I was a door dasher and gave me a hard time for absolutely no reason. Not sure if he has a memory issue due to age or if he was just having a bad day. Anyway, they should learn to treat door dashers better."

"Usually, I have a pleasant experience at this store. Saturday, 9–30 I did not. Maybe you all should hire nice cashiers like the other stores and fire NINA. What a joke of a person. As a young woman, I went to her buying Feminine Products and I felt looked at like a nuisance because my card kept saying wrong pin. My mistake my mistake. But the woman didn’t need to act like she hated her job. I grabbed the wrong box that weren’t on sale and she went and did a price check and acted like her world was over because she had to do her job. Really not cool Albertsons Hire people that live there job not rude people that are incapable of being positive. I said thank you like three times and she just ignored me. You lost a loyal customer today. I’ll take the extra drive down to the brooks and Russell location. This store will no longer see my money. "Ordered order from Albertsons order came with human spit in one of the fresh spice containers. Called up Albertsons on North reserve to complain was put on hold no manager would answer call lady said it was out of their hands! Shopping Albertsons my whole life and this will be my last! Any grocer this lax and carefree needs the good old health department rain on down on them!"
