"First there was nobody at customer service but then I saw a few employees talking to each other like 20 feet away so I started walking over to them so I could ask them to call somebody to the customer service counter for me. Well when they saw me walking over toward them, they all quickly walked away like they knew I had a question but didn’t wanna deal with it. When someone finally arrived at customer service, I told her I ordered something online. The email told me that it was ready to be picked up at customer service. That’s the whole reason I order online is for the convenience. When I arrived, they hadn’t even taken it off the shelf. So she had to go find it. At that point I could’ve just done it myself. So what’s the point of ordering online? I thought Target was supposed to be better than Walmart"
"It's so sad because I genuinely love Target. This store however will never receive another dime from me. Nothing is ever marked correctly or in the right spot. Employees are unknowledgable and offer no assistance."
"You have to give Target the credit for the variety, availability and great affordable prices for what they have in stock: food, toiletries, clothing, shoes, pharmacy services, homegoods (for decorating your living room, bedrooms, etc). And all of their employees are so helpful and respectful -- you must be elated that they have stayed in business and cater to your needs; they even have a place to get Starbucks; or drinks and and a snack and their restrooms are always immaculate - 5 stars for Target."
