"It’s horrible that they closed down the downtown location and closed the arcades at all locations. They claim they closed the arcades for covid-19 but covid has been over for years now and they still refuse to reopen the arcades. I recommend anyone that misses the old fantasy to message them on their website and ask them to bring back the arcade booths and reopen the downtown location."

"This is one of my favorite adult entertainment stores throughout the country. It's been a popular place in Missoula for many years and though they have changed they're still the same. Jesse is a real ambassador and makes the atmosphere of the store lately with his mellow sense of humor and ability to handle any curve ball he encounters. Brooks still has an in house adult mini theater with 2 screens and comfortable seating and carries almost every adult entertainment toys, novelty, lubricants, DVDs, magazines and erotic wear. Clean, well stocked and organized makes it likely that they will do quite well for many years to come."

"Absolutely loved this place for years! The employees were always so nice, helpful and always made the experience enjoyable. But I won't be going anymore. I brought a group of friends to come check out the store, and while waiting for 5+ minutes to look a a price of something in a display case I looked behind the already open case and this lady started screaming at me from a cross the store. After I apologized she continued to talk down on me to other costumers. Myself and the group I was with ended up leaving."

"I would give them 5 stars as it is normally a friendly place and a pleasure to go to however on September 6, 2020 I was getting ready to leave and I was trying to decide on a product I wanted to buy and the gentleman behind the counter said I could go in the back or leave but I couldn't look for anything in the store citing that I scared someone off earlier by following them around. The man is a liar. If that happened constituting a loss of business because of me then why did he wait till I was leaving to tell me about it. If it were my business I would ask a trouble maker to leave straight away. Also I have absolutely no recollection of following anyone period. I may stop there in the future as it's a fun place but if he is there I will probably turn and walk back out."

"My boyfriend and I were there a few weeks ago buying some things to add some more fun into our love life. We got there 20 min before closing and as we were leaving we noticed that we had lost our wallet containing $500. We called back since they locked the doors behind us and would not tell us whether or not we had left a wallet there. We could not find it anywhere on our persons, in my vehicle, or anywhere on the ground outside of the store. Leaving us to believe that the guy working there pocketed our money."
