"We saw the terrible duck movie a few weeks ago and I have some thoughts: First off, why were the majority of the parking lot lights off? It was dark out and the parking lot was barely lit. Creepy. The toilets in the women's bathroom were filthy. Several were full of urine and feces leading me to believe they weren't functional. The theater itself was disgusting. Trash was everywhere. Floors were sticky, and there was gum on one of our seats. The arm rests on the seats felt coated and sticky with general ick which made my skin crawl and I instantly regretted ordering popcorn and drinks for my daughter and partner. If the theater and bathrooms are this dirty, then the concessions must be equally if not more unsanitary. My suspicions were validated when my daughter threw up several hours after we got home and felt generally unwell the next day. The good old days of going to the movies is dead it seems. The lack of care for this theater definitely proves it. Very sad. The staff was nice though."

"I watched Dune Part 2 on the IMAX. When walking in, there were several workers hanging around in the way to the theater. The conversation wasn’t work appropriate and I had to move around them to get to the theater. The popcorn was burnt and tasted old. The movie theater itself was clean and comfy."

"The popcorn we've been served here was stale and full of hard bits on four out of five times we came here. Even when we came to the first movie time of the day they hadn't popped any new popcorn but want to serve you the dregs from the day before. We stopped coming here. We go to the dine-in because the popcorn is fresh and the staff is very nice."

"Very expensive compared to what we're used to. Theatre was not cleaned between showings so there was trash all over the floor. The theatre was so, so cold! Couldn't take off coat, hat or gloves. Very uncomfortable!!! The movie was 10 minutes late to start. We used to love coming here, especially on holidays, but it was so uncomfortable this time. There didn't seem to be anyone over 18 working, so nobody was really helpful"
