"I have been seeing Dr. Stevens for several months now and I can honestly say I've made more progress in my journey back to health under his care than in the care of any other doctor over the last several years combined. I have more energy than I thought possible, am getting my taste and smell back after having Covid numerous times and all of my digestive issues, which were pretty severe are all but gone. Not only does he have a brilliant mind (the kind you just want to borrow so you can absorb all his knowledge) but he is one of the most caring, compassionate and supportive doctors I've met to date. "I'm conflicted, because it is clear that Dr. Stevens is very knowledgable and has studied extensively. He did know how to address my problem areas-so in that regard I give 5 stars! I came here once almost a year ago, but didn't return because the professionalism I felt was lacking. (I practiced massage therapy for 10 years, so I am well aware of what expectations 'should' be working in an industry where clients can be put into very vulnerable situations). Sadly this was not what I experienced here. There was a point in my session where Dr. Stevens needed to access my stomach, so I lifted my shirt a bit, then he, without warning or preamble, unbuttoned and unzipped my pants. I realize I should have said something immediately, but I was so caught off guard, and shocked that he would do that...I froze up. A million things were going through my mind...I became very aware that he and I were the only ones in the office, and i legitimately was scared. I played it off as being okay (because I really don't think he was trying to be inappropriate...he just wasn't thinking or being sensitive, or professional). So I finished my session making it as light hearted as I could. It wasn't until I left that reality sunk in and I felt so violated I started crying, and cried even harder when I told my husband, and he validated my thoughts that YES, that behavior was unprofessional, and inappropriate on his part. We did get the chance to make Dr. Stevens aware of why I wouldn't be returning. And I'm only giving the details of my experience NOT because I want to hurt his practice, but to help anyone know that it might be necessary to go in knowing that you might need to be very vocal about what you are comfortable with. And for what it's worth, the treatment did help with my pain."

"Dr. Stevens has been a wonder for me. I first saw him for a chronic shoulder issue after my orthopedic clinic wanted to operate. It took about 3 visits to Dr. Stevens and I regained complete mobility in my shoulder and it was pain free. Since then, he's helped me with neck, shoulder and back issues, hot flashes, and night sweats. He takes the time to learn about each patient and analyzes all relevant aspects of a patient's life to diagnose the underlying cause(s) of the pain or mobility issue. I am so confident in Dr. Stevens that I sent my spouse to see him!"
