"We had a great experience with Xinsurance/Evolution. The process was easy and fast, I completed the form online. I received a call a couple of days later to answer two or three questions. Immediately after we received the quote and paperwork to sign, and the next morning was all done. The price is fair, Zane Lindsey was especially nice, responsive, and available every time we called with questions. I especially liked that we could call and talk to underwriter to iron out issues and answer questions. Overall easy and pleasant experience during very stressful period of our life. I highly recommend them."
"Still waiting on my quote. The individual I spoke to on the phone sounded disinterested and tired. Told me insurance would be $12k/year, when I asked for a quote, magically it never arrived. Let's be clear: I'm trying to insure a 400 sqft concession stand and a private beach, for which I found a local policy for $2k/year. Run."
"I have not had to use this insurance yet so not really sure of their service if I had to. Although if their service is as good as their customer service, I'd say this is a GR8 company! When I have questions they get back with me right away. So far I have been very pleased. I hope I never have to use the insurance since it's for my 4yr old Rottie. (liability ins) He's far from vicious but other people are quick to blame and quick to sue. I would recommend XINSURANCE!!!!"
"Got a call from Alex Zaiser and it was obvious he didn’t want to hear that I would be searching for multiple quotes…. to make it worst one day out of the blue he just said he would be too expensive and never reached back out. Will never consider them again or will recommend them. Of course… I told him that I would go with another company after him not answering my emails and making the absurd remarks he made. I never asked for price for him to make the dumb comment."
