"Margaret Baldwin is an incredible provider. My mom sister and I have seen her for many many years. Because of insurance we had to find a new provider but I will miss seeing her. I always felt like she took care of all of us so well and I am so grateful for the time we had her as our provider. Would 100% recommend her! She was my provider as a teenager all they way to when I became a nurse. Have always been impressed by her ❤️"

"I have been going to this clinic for about 25 years. I haven't been there for over three years because fortunately I have good health. During the over three year period I didn't need to go to the clinic the doctor I saw for years left the clinic. I have an urgent need to see a doctor so I can get a referral to see a specialist. Because I've been healthy and the doctor I used to see is no longer at the clinic I'm considered a new patient and can't get an appointment for four months. Ridiculous! I was told I was considered a new patient to the new doctor. Absurd! The doctor is new to the clinic not me! What a pathetic policy IHC has instituted! Unbelievable! The woman that helped me was completely unsympathetic and rude. I can't understand why a long term patient at the clinic would be treated so poorly. It's obvious they could care less about me or my medical needs. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone."

Marcy at the front desk has superior customer service skills. I love seeing her. And Barb, left but she was a fantastic care nurse. I can't say enough good things about my care team."

"This is a very professional, accommodating office. I have always enjoyed my visits knowing that I am in good hands. I have known Margaret Baldwin for over 10 years. The trait that I like about Margaret the most is that she treats me personally as a friend. I know she won’t stop until she gets answers. I’ve never doubted her and trust her advice completely. I like the way she takes time for me even when I know she is very busy. That is very rare in this fast paced world, so I’m going to hang on to Margaret for dear life! "First time as a patient here, and everyone was very friendly and great to work with! The receptionist had a kind, fun-loving personality which was a good introduction to the office. Sometimes receptionists tend to be less personable and treat you like just another number, so it’s nice to be welcomed in a place where you typically don’t feel so. The nurses were friendly & kind as well. My appointment was unique, due to my symptoms, but as a first-time patient there, but I appreciated that Dr Cieslak was open to hearing what I had to say, as well as considered treatment options that I preferred, rather than simply going the usual route. It’s a rare occasion that I feel I can have a conversation with a doctor—I’m typically a patient being spoken to, or being told what to do, rather than discussing options that work for both the doctor and I. Obviously I have more visits to truly critiquing my experience there, but my family and I will be returning."
