"TLDR; scheduling is a nightmare Spoke to someone named Jessica (?) to schedule an MRI. She seems to have accidentally signed me up for an appointment without my knowledge and then canceled it, also without my knowledge. When she canceled it, it removed the doctor's order from the system, so I can't schedule the appointment anymore. She then lied that my insurance was out of network, presumably so I wouldn't try to schedule, because now that SHE canceled it without me even knowing, I need to go back to the doctor to get a new order sent. (My insurance is not out of network, I triple checked.) Hopefully they're willing to send the new order with a phone call because paying for another office visit for Jessica's mistake/lie would be really irritating. I only found out about all this because I got a text reminder to confirm my appointment (which once again I did not know about) and called back today to ask about it. I even could have made it to the appointment that she mistakenly scheduled, so this whole thing could have been avoided if she didn't lie about it."

"Please enforce your mask requirements in the waiting room. As I'm sitting here a man has his mask under his nose and mouth. Many of your patients are high risk. It has been pretty busy in here. Not one employee even batted an eye. In fact a couple was talking about it out loud and it seems not one person cared. Very disappointed"

"The reason I'm giving this a 3 star and not a 1 is due to the lady in the back. I came in today for am XRAY and waited at the counter about 5 minutes. I was handed a phone and dial sheet and called the techs in the back to get checked in. The lady at the lab counter mentioned the lady leaves and had no idea where she was. Once the lady got back to the counter she made comments to the lab lady about how a paitent was waiting its too bad someone had to wait and people have things they need to do. 1st off pull her aside if you need to make comments about someone. 2nd thank you for making me feel like you care because you showered me today you didn't and 3 don't talk badly about doing your job when it's what you signed up to do. You should have communicated with the Lab lady and never made comments infront me who had to wait. Especially saying it's too bad. Honestly you have completely lost my business. My daughter and I will be looking outside of IHC. I'm appalled you acted treated me like this today. The lab tech that helped me. She was amazing. Asked questions and listened. I really appreciate her and what she did. She deserves something for being so amazing."

"The Intermountain Imaging Scheduling team who set me up for my CT scan were very clear on where I needed to go at Altaview hospital. They've finished construction now, so it's easier to get to where you need to be. The lady at the reception desk at imaging was so nice and friendly, and the wait was short. As far as the CT scan goes, my doctor had ordered the scan with IV contrast. I have a history of severe allergies and anaphylactic shock, although I have no history of being allergic to the CT contrast, so I was understandably nervous. The tech who helped me was such a kind and professional gentleman. I think his name was Nick, but I'm not sure. He was also very good about getting in the IV quickly, which is usually a difficult experience for me because I have such deep veins. The IV contrast definitely wasn't pleasant, but there was no allergic reaction and he had assured me prior that there would be a nurse waiting outside the door in case there was an emergency. Intermountain in Murray or TOSH are my preferred hospitals to go to, but they were booked up so I went to Altaview. Definitely don't regret it. Wonderful staff."

"Don't go here, waste of your money and time and you will have to go somewhere else anyways! Had MRI done and their machines were so old, not calibrated correctly, and/or employees who can't read images. I have previous MRIs done about 6 years apart the last 20 years or so, last one done last year. Now that I am in a worse state, I went here for another. Waste of money and completely waste of time. According to my new scans, I've been cured of all previously found items, even though I am worse than before and my other MRIs from different sources showed progressively worsening problems..... What a joke!"
