"I really never leave bad reviews… I wish I could review the office separately. Sandra was great at my first visit. Helpful and informative. I really appreciated the time she took with me. The office staff is a huge disappointment and so frustrating. I really don’t know whether to laugh or cry at this point. I made eight different phone calls over a two week period to try and get a refill on a prescription and even went into their office in person. I also used the text option. Each time someone would say they called it in and it was handled. I’d follow up and it was like the first time I called all over again. Like Ground Hog Day. I started reaching out two weeks prior to needing a refill and still couldn’t get it on time. I spoke with three different people who all told me they had a prescription signed and ready to go and was faxed in. I called the pharmacy multiple times and they’d heard nothing. They’d even sent multiple refill requests with out any response. My last few conversations were with Liz and I had to call her multiple times in between speaking with the pharmacy. I went two additional weeks without the medication entirely... I got it today and it’s not even the correct dosage they confirmed. Totally frustrating and bizarre."

"I saw Sandra Miller for the first time after I was extremely sick, dehydrated, and had blurry vision. She did not seem to want to help me at all. She told me I might be diabetic and wrote me a prescription for metformin and sent me home with no further instructions or followups. I purchased a blood glucose test the next morning (Saturday) and my blood sugar level was over 600. I tested again Sunday morning and it was still over 600. I believe my blood sugar level on Friday was also extremely high but Sandra did nothing to test or treat it. Sending me home with a prescription for metformin was both reckless and irresponsible."
