"Ive known Nancy for years, but this is our first transaction with her. She spent many hours working on comparables over the past couple years as we prepared to sell our home. Once we had it updated and ready to sell the listing process was quick and smooth. She had lots of showings and we had a good offer within the month (which was december so the hollidays make it a slow time of year). There was a hiccup with the appraisal on our sale. Nancy went to bat for us by working with the buyer to find a different lender that was fair and reasonable to get the appraisal done. Closing happened about a week later.
