"I can’t stand this place or any of the vacation rentals in the area. A lot of the renters keep to themselves. A lot are absolutely abhorrent. Fireworks from renters all throughout the year, motorcycles, side by sides racing up and down our streets. Really it’s the lack of respect for the locals and those of us who live here. I hope the economy crashes and these all get foreclosed on they turn them into residential. Screw you Santa Clara for building them right on the boundary of Ivins so you don’t have to deal with the issues."
"The house we rented was fabulous! Nice spacious rental with a pool and hot tub! The complex pool with a slide and hot tub was awesome! Location was great, not far from hiking trails and downtown St George. Rental had everything that we needed and more. Love #43 Ocotillo Springs"
"We loved our time here. There were a few things that needed repair at our condo. Like the waterfall did not work in the pool even though it showed it working in videos. The remote was missing to the master suite TV, also rugs were wrinkled leaving a tripping hazard around beds. Broken cabinet door in master suite. We enjoyed our time there, but was frustrating to have the disrepair for the cost charged. We enjoyed having our own pool."
"We stayed in #63 and they were fantastic! They had super comfy beds and pillows. It was big enough for 2 families or 12 people and had a private swim spa and hot tub. Snow canyon park is just around the corner and lots of fun things to do in the area. We loves the pool, pickleball courts and clubhouse. We will definitely be staying in unit #63 again."
"This is an excellent place for a family vacation. There is a pool with a large shallow end, water slide, splash pad, and pickle ball courts. Several parks are within walking distance and a grocery store is just around the corner. We had 15 people in one of the larger units and had a great time!"
