"Fantastic resort to relax with your spouse or friends and family. Our home that we rented can sleep 22! There are so many activities and things to do. The pool is a lot of fun with the lazy river, slide, and hot tub. They also have a great clubhouse full of indoor fun. They have 2 pickleball courts, bikes to rent for the day. My family and extended family has made lasting memories here."

"We really enjoyed the resort and the villas we stayed in while we were there. Our favorite things were the size of the villas, and all the amenities available. The staff on-site was great and helpful too. The only issue we had with our villas (28 & 29) was that the thermostat wouldn’t let us set the AC below 72, and some afternoons we might have liked to bump it down a bit because it got stuffy. However, the biggest and most glaring issue to me (and main reason for missing two stars) is the poor third party support away from the resort. After we checked out we realized we left a few things behind. I tried calling and texting the resort only to find that they use a third party answering service staffed by people who aren’t native English speakers and who are clearly reading scripts. They advised me “not to worry” and they would communicate with their team, and from that point it was like playing a game of telephone with them being the middle man and me not knowing what was actually communicated to the staff on site. I requested to be connected to the staff on-site during club house hours, but they said they “don’t do that.” So my game of telephone ended with me not finding any of my missing items nor having any confidence in the communication between me and the resort being clear or correct."

"No idea why we’d stay at a hotel again! Our villa was a private, 3,800 square foot home that was SO COMFORTABLE! Our villa, #64, has its own private spa and two patios. We loved our nights in, playing pool and lounging together in the loft. We will definitely be going back."

"I've stayed at Arcadia previously and I love it. I most recently stayed with 12 adults in #63. If I could give 15/10 I would. Wow. I was blown away. I think this is my new favorite unit here. We all keep trying to find the beds we slept on because they were so comfortable! The hot tub was so perfect for more chill nights and the location was perfect to get out and explore. The unit is also located off the main road on the backside of the resort pool. I love the resort pool, but it was pleasantly quiet and calm on the back side with quick easy access to the pool. The hosts were so quick to respond. I read that others had issues with sound, that was not our experience and we had some people working and some playing loudly on both levels. There was zero issue. The wifi worked great as well. The owner has obviously thought through how to make this a perfect location regardless if there are only adults, kids, working, lounging or looking for a place to touch base after adventuring in this gorgeous area!"

"Awesome place to stay for a large group up to 18. We stayed in #74 “All Decked Out”, which was just perfect with large open spaces for hanging out, nice rooms, and just a beautiful place. The kids loved the pirate scavenger hunt and we loved the 2 large family areas on different floors, so the kids could be upstairs while we were downstairs. Pool, clubhouse and gym were great. Our only complaint is the fees were high compared to some other places. Will definitely do it again"
