"Pretty place, lovely stream out back of the center buildings. Close to gas station/convenience store, grocery store behind condo, close to Ogden River Parkway. Location, Location, Location. We have a 2 bedroom with 1 1/4 bath we'll be renting or selling soon. Has a pool as well."

"Depends on what you need. if you are looking for cheaper and close to most things, it's good. apartments are individually owned so prices and condition vary by each apartment. overall it's for lower income people so it definitely has that kind of feeling to it."
