"One of the best things about living in the Bigelow is the staff. Alissa, at the front desk, is always incredibly friendly and helpful everytime I have anything come up. And for such a large building, she seems to know every residents name and always appears to be in a cheerful mood. Having lived in apartments before, I'm surprised by how seemingly noiseproof the units are. I didn't there were people in the unit next to mine until the other day when I saw them enter their unit. The second elevator just finished being serviced, so it's nice to not have as long of a wait."

"Stayed here for a week for work and loved everything about it! Hauntingly beautiful and mystic! Rooms are big and comfortable. The staff were excellent an informed. The piped in music was such a great touch! Full restaurant was closed while I visited, but the kitchen still put out some great food! Best steak I've had in Utah! Can't wait to get to go back!"

"Beautiful hotel, it has so many of it's original 1930's design elements. Breakfast was very good. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and huge. You can walk to several restaurants. We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay again."

"I stayed here while in Ogden for work and was pleasantly surprised. My room was huge, it had a little living room, kitchenette and separate bedroom. The room was clean and relatively quiet although the traffic from the street is a bit loud at times. The breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I have ever seen, crispy bacon and real scrambled eggs. This is an old hotel but it is clean and comfy, the towels soft and fluffy, good customer service. Keep your expectations in line with the price and you won't be disappointed."
