"We reserved this hotel specifically for the Hilton Adjoining Guarantee since we have 4 kids. We had the confirmation emails of that guarantee from 4 months before our stay. This was the only reason we booked this hotel. The day before when we checked they assigned us rooms that were not adjoining. After talking with multiple employees and the manager; they all told us we were just lucky to have rooms close to each other. And, they said Corporate Hilton shouldn’t guarantee adjoining rooms. No consideration was given for any of our trouble; nobody seemed to care about the situation, and no discount was offered."

"Rooms have paper thin walls. There was a party in the room next to us that went on till around 2 am. It sounded as if they were in the room with us. Talked to front desk several times. They apologized and said they would comp the room for the night. At the time I was thankful and understanding even though we ended up missing out on using over 400$ worth of ski passes that next day. Today I noticed that I got charged in full for everything and the comp for that night was a complete lie. Will not be staying at a home2 suites anymore. If you need some what of a quiet room to sleep in you will be very disappointed in this hotel."

"Stayed here during a visit home for the holidays - a bit of a change from our usual which is the Hampton Inn on Washington Blvd. Hard to say what we'll do next year. The food - everything is new, clean, modern. Common areas are nice with good seating and patio was a plus (although we didn't use). Kitchen in the suite was well appointed with dishes, knives, containers, etc. Could have used a corkscrew, though. Pack and play for kids had a sheet. Nice touch, although I always bring one anyway. It also seemed very new and clean. The bad - first, breakfast until 9? We're not the latest sleepers in the world as we have a toddler but that's so early. We eat at 9 typically at home, but we're on vacation! We were not the only ones to roll down at 8:50. Many people came up after 9 trying to eat while employees were packing it up frantically. They also ran out of a lot of stuff due to some sort of holiday shipping issue. Walls/noise not super thin but we did have a lot of noise from the above unit. Sounded like a kid running around pole vaulting. It was quiet by 10 p.m. so ultimately only mildly annoying. Patio fire seemed to always be on when nobody was there. What a waste of fuel - it's not unlimited on this planet. Then the one time we wanted to hang out there it was actually off. Just sort of wish there was a prominent button or motion detector or something. But maybe that's too crazy. Fireplace was very nice, however, and the seating looked comfortable. If we didn't have a kiddo asleep in the room we would have done it more often."

"If every hotel stay could be just like this, I would be very happy! The rooms are spacious, clean and inviting, and I love the common area of the main lobby with all the comfy chairs and nice ambiance. They have a fireplace outside to sit next to and coffee, tea and cocoa just inside. The rooms have a rolling table so that you can pull the table wherever you're sitting with. A nice office chair and plenty of storage to put all of your belongings. I love that they have overhead storage shelving just to put stuff on. It's perfect. The bathroom is great and clean and nice and the kitchen is perfect. The breakfast was awesome. They have everything from the breakfast sandwiches to donuts to bagels to pancakes and waffles and eggs and potatoes. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Maybe next time we could play pool or pull out a board game and enjoy the relaxing time. Thank you. Home too for making our stay great!"

"Really nice hotel! So many amenities available, work out room is very nice. The rooms are good; they do not have microwaves or tubs but are stocked on the normal toiletries. Staff is nice. Breakfast is great. Being able to check in and use the app as room key is great! Also, the common hang out area is great for eating, hanging out, or even getting done some work on the computer."
