"One of the best hotels we stayed! Lots of fun and great entertainment for kids!!! Fairmont, 4 season or intercontinental hotel in San Francisco don’t have non carpet rooms. I hate rooms with carpet. With no carpet, floors are mopped everyday and I see clean floors. Very appealing hotel!!!"

"Awful and expensive hotel. The location is great, but rooms are very small, thin walls, very bad breakfast, noisy and horrible bedding. Pillows and sheets are so old that it looks like they got them from a thrifty store. I asked for a quiet room and got a room next to the highway. Breakfast was empty at 8 am. when it was supposed to be done at 9. No bread, fruit, sweet, nothing. Very expensive for what you get. The hotel looks like it runs like a Motel 6 or Super 8. The shower has mold and is very small. We wake up at 5 am because someone set up the alarm in the room. I will not recommend this place."

"The hotel is nice but they NEVER had towels by the pool, which is super frustrating if you have little kids and if you want to swim. The pool is nice, the hot tub is kind of gross. The rooms are clean but tiny and you hear a lot of noise from the street. Breakfast was good other than floaties in the hot water for hot chocolate. Not sure if I would come back."

"The first thing you need to know about the property is that the rooms DO NOT have blackout curtains. If you need total darkness or reduced street light to sleep, this is not a hotel to stay at. The rooms are small, but clean, the staff was friendly, Maybe a little overpriced for the amenities, but the location is close to many great restaurants and some attractions."

"Booked a weekend getaway with the family. Property was very colorful and clean, room was awesome,,clean, breakfast was great , the breakfast attendant Billie was amazing, she was on top of it, the front desk lady crystal was amazing, super happy and always has a smile on her face. All around amazing stay."
