"This place is horrible. The boiler room flooded part of our apartment multiple times and made it mildew-y, without it getting fixed. Prepared to be without hot water or water at all for sometimes multiple days at a time. There's one washer and 2 driers, but none of them work so you'll have to take it to a laundromat. Honestly shouldn't be considered inhabitable."

"This place is falling apart. There are issues with the water system, we haven't had hot water for two days and have gotten no response messages or calls to the emergency maintenance request regarding this getting fixed. This isn't the first time this has happened, and our water has been shut off for repairs an incredible number of times since I moved in a couple of years ago. Electrical issues have made it so that there was a period of about a month during which there was no light in the hallways outside of the individual apartments. The washer and dryer are constantly breaking down. Insulation issues make the apartments very cold during the winter. The back door to the complex, which is usually opened only with a passcode, is broken and anyone can come in. At the prices they charge us these things are unacceptable, getting worse, and rent has only gone up since I've moved in."

"Easily the worst place I have ever lived. Packages were constantly stolen, cars were broken into in the garage, we had a leaking hole in our bathroom ceiling for months that was never fixed in the time we lived there. There's only one washing machine that's frequently broken. I would never recommend anyone live here."

"I lived in different apartments in the last 4 years. This apartment is literally the WORST. I rarely write reviews but I have to for this one to caution people. I lived here for 2 years just because there was a daycare one block away but I moved last month as the daycare closed. If you have issue with the apartment, it will take for ever for the maintenance team to fix your issue. I have to call them several times and they never improve over the last 2 years. Also, it’s better to fix your issue from third party as this apartment will charge you double it triple the price. Please stay away from this apartment unless the management team changed or miracle happens!!"

"Lived here for almost a year now. Maintance sucks and we always have a problem with our apartment. WAY to expensive. Things are constantly stolen from our parking garage and all the Windows are single pane so there is no controlling the temperature in your apartment. Would not live here again."
